Could this be??? I ACTUALLY LOST WEIGHT!!

Well according to my home scale, I’ve lost some weight!!  Could this be true????  I have managed to stick to my WW plan the last few days.  Plus I’ve quit drinking any sodas or sugar drinks what so ever for 10 days now, mostly H2O now.  Maybe my scale is right.  If so, I lost 6-7 pounds!!!!!!!!  WOW, that feels soo good!  Even if my scale is off by a pound or two, that still is good.  I just bought this scale yesterday so I will be going by that number from now on.  I know not all scales were created equally, or programed equally but mine will have to do.

I keep trying to lose wieght but it keeps finding me.

I’m in shape! Round is a shape isn’t it?

I’m not overwieght, I’m undertall.

I thought tuna was something to hold the mayo together.

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I”m doing.

You know your dieting when postage stamps taste good.

I’m a light eater.  When it gets light, I start eating.

The advantage of exercising everyday is that you die healthier…..

Oh OH, scale is moving the WRONG WAY!

Well okay, so I weighed myself for the first time in over two months.  I gained 3-4 pounds.  Not what I wanted to see but guess what, I actually don’t feel bad about it.  I’ve been having a really hard time in the last few months and all I gained was 3-4 pounds.  Plus I’m gaining my motivation back!  I’m really ready to start where I left off back in May.

My new plan is to consist of working out at least 3 days a week, following WW diet, drinking tons of H2O, blogging at least 2 times a week, and support all my friends out there.  I’ve learned that the more I support, the more motivated I become.  It’s a win win situation.

Today has been great so far, stuck to my WW points and will swim tonight.  I hope you all have a great night and a wonderful day tomorow.
